This week I gave a brief presentation on mindsets. The contrast between a fixed and a growth mindset can be significant. I believe a growth mindset is critical for leaders. You must be able to see the potential in others without a perception of threat. It’s not about you. If you ever aim to do big things, you need the imagination and passion to dive into unknowns. I am going to start posting blogs for a semi-recurring, weekly post I make on LinkedIn. I've been more active there with shorter, summarized thoughts. Vacation this year has been amazing. I've caught up on some of my long-standing to do list, like launching this new nerdstein site and digging into some of the newer technology I've wanted to explore.
